Casino del Sol rolls the dice on a historic $60 million rights deal
TUCSON — The University of Arizona and Casino Del Sol, an enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, announced a landmark 20-year naming rights agreement for Arizona Stadium on Monday, valued at more than $60 million, the largest such agreement in Big 12 Conference history.
Arizona Stadium will now be known as Casino Del Sol Stadium.
“This is the largest partnership in the history of Arizona Athletics, said R. Ken Coit Directors of Athletics Desireé Reed-Francois. “We are appreciative of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and Casino Del Sol for their investment and are proud to join hands to create a platform that celebrates culture, drives impact, and showcases the very best of Southern Arizona.”
Arizona Sports Enterprises (ASE), Arizona Athletics’ multimedia rights and corporate partnerships partner, conceived, negotiated, and executed the agreement.

This agreement honors the tribe’s deep roots in this region and creates pathways for prosperity that will benefit our people and Southern Arizona for generations.”
Alongside the partnership, Arizona Athletics will pursue a multiyear facilities enhancement plan to modernize fan amenities, student-athlete spaces, and event operations across key venues. This will include evaluating premium seating, concourse upgrades, accessibility, technology, and back-of-house improvements to elevate the game-day experience and drive long-term growth.
